We want you to be absolutely thrilled with your purchase! Unlike most fragrance companies, we are proud to offer a Satisfaction Guarantee. We accept all returns for STORE CREDIT until you find a fragrance from our collection that suits your liking. 

IMPORTANT: WITH NO EXCEPTIONS, RETURNS ARE REFUNDED VIA STORE CREDIT ONLY. SCENTUAL FRAGRANCES DOES NOT ISSUE STORE CREDIT FOR THE ORIGINAL SHIPPING CHARGES.

• The cost of the original shipping will be deducted from your refund. 
• You will be responsible for the shipping costs to return your item(s). Please ensure they are well protected, tracked, and insured.
• Fragrance(s) must contain at least 95% or more of the original liquid.

If you're not completely in love with your item(s), just contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and we'll provide you with a return authorization number.

Once we receive your returned item(s), we'll process your return within 1-3 business days.
